These terms govern your use of revibizz.com and your enrolment in any Revibizz programme. By using this website or enrolling, you accept them.

Revibizz is a brand of Navneet Raj, a sole proprietorship with its registered place of business at Bhagirathi Palace, Gandhi Road, Dhanbad, Jharkhand 826001, India.

1Who we are and what we provide

We provide training and practical programmes in talent acquisition and recruitment. Our programmes are educational.

In these terms, a cohort means a paid live intake of a programme, with a published start date, delivered as the full series of scheduled live sessions. Webinars, single sessions, free sessions and privately arranged training are not cohorts.

2No employment or placement guarantee

We do not guarantee employment, placement, interviews, income or any other outcome. Nothing on this website, in our programmes, or in any communication from us is a promise of a job or of earnings.

Any support we provide in connection with opportunities, introductions or industry access is provided on a best efforts basis and is not a guaranteed outcome. Your results depend on your own effort, ability and circumstances, and on factors outside our control.

3Enrolment and access

1. You must be at least 18 years old to enrol.
2. You must give accurate information when you enrol.
3. Your account is personal to you. Do not share your login.
4. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms.

4Fees and payment

1. Fees are as stated at the time of purchase and are payable in full before access is granted.
2. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner. We do not receive or store your payment credentials.
3. Applicable taxes, where any apply, are as stated at the time of purchase.
4. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.

5Course material and intellectual property

All course material, including slides, notes, recordings, templates, assessments and session content, belongs to us or to our licensors.

You may use it for your own learning. You may not copy, record, republish, resell, distribute, or share it with any other person, and you may not use it to deliver training of your own. Recording a live session is not permitted without our written consent.

Breach of this section is a ground for ending your enrolment without refund.

6Live sessions

Live sessions may be recorded by us. By joining, you consent to being recorded where you participate by audio, video or chat. We may make recordings available to learners.

7Practical and project work

Some programmes include supervised practical work on real requirements. Where they do:

1. You are a learner, not an employee, contractor or agent of ours or of any organisation whose requirements you work on. No employment relationship is created.
2. You must keep confidential any candidate, client or commercial information you see, during the programme and afterwards.
3. You must follow the instructions given to you for that work.
4. Any incentive or payment connected with this work is governed by separate terms issued to enrolled learners, which form part of these terms. Any such payment is subject to deduction of tax at source where required by law.

8Conduct

Do not harass, abuse or discriminate against anyone in our sessions, communities or communications. Do not use our programmes or communities to solicit business from other learners without our consent. We may remove you for breach of this section without refund.

9Third party services

Our programmes are delivered using third party platforms. Your use of those platforms is also subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for their availability.

10Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you in connection with these terms, our website and our programmes is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of income, loss of opportunity or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

11Changes

We may change these terms. The current version is always the one on this page, with its effective date at the top. Continued use after a change means you accept the changed terms.

12Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dhanbad, Jharkhand have exclusive jurisdiction.
