Revibizz is a brand of Navneet Raj, a sole proprietorship with its registered place of business at Bhagirathi Palace, Gandhi Road, Dhanbad, Jharkhand 826001, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that firm, and "you" refers to any person who visits this website or enrols in our programmes.

This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

1Information we collect

Information you give us directly:

1. Name, email address and phone number, when you fill in a form on this website or register for a session.
2. Information you provide during a programme, including assignments you submit and communications you send us.
3. Bank or payment account details, only where you become entitled to a payment from us and choose to give them to us for that purpose.

Information collected automatically:

4. Standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and time spent. This is used to keep the site working and to understand general usage.

We do not collect or store your card number, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking credentials or any other payment credential. Payments are processed by our payment gateway partner on their own systems.

2. To deliver a programme you have enrolled in, including access to course material, sessions and certificates.
3. To send you information about your enrolment, such as joining links, schedules and material releases.
4. To send you information about our other programmes, where you have not asked us to stop.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

3Who else handles your information

We use third party services to run the business. Each processes only what it needs:

1. Our learning platform, to host course material and record your progress.
2. Our payment gateway, to process payments. It handles all payment credentials directly.
3. Our video conferencing provider, to run live sessions.
4. Our email and messaging providers, to communicate with you.
5. Our website host and form provider, to run this site and receive your enquiries.

We may also disclose information where we are required to by law, or to establish or defend a legal claim.

4How long we keep it

1. Enquiry information: up to 24 months from your last contact with us, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.
2. Enrolment and course records: for as long as you hold access to the material you purchased, and afterwards for as long as we are required to keep records for tax and accounting purposes.
3. Financial records: as required by Indian law.

5Your choices

You may ask us to:

1. Tell you what personal information about you we hold.
2. Correct anything that is wrong.
3. Delete information we no longer need to keep.
4. Stop sending you marketing messages.

Write to us at the address in section 8. We will respond within a reasonable period. Some information cannot be deleted while it is needed to deliver a programme you are enrolled in, or where we are required by law to retain it.

6Security

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold, including limiting who can access it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7Children

Our programmes are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, write to us and we will delete it.
