Refund and Cancellation Policy

Revibizz is a brand of Navneet Raj, a sole proprietorship with its registered place of business at Bhagirathi Palace, Gandhi Road, Dhanbad, Jharkhand 826001, India.

1What this covers

This policy applies to every paid enrolment in a Revibizz programme, and to paid sessions such as workshops and masterclasses.

2Cancellation by you

You may cancel your enrolment and receive a full refund of the fee you paid, provided all of the following are true at the time you ask:

1. Not more than 7 calendar days have passed since your payment, counting the day of payment as day one, and
2. You have not accessed any course material and have not attended any live session, and
3. The programme you enrolled in has not yet commenced.

If any of those is not met, the enrolment is not refundable.

We treat you as having accessed course material when any item of programme content has been opened, viewed or downloaded from our learning platform using your account. We treat you as having attended a live session when you have joined it, for any length of time.

The reason for this is straightforward. Course material is digital and is delivered to you permanently. Once you have opened it, it cannot be returned.

To cancel, write to us at info@revibizz.com from the email address you enrolled with, before the 7 days have passed. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, normally within 7 to 10 working days of approval, subject to your bank's processing times.

3After the cancellation period

We do not refund fees after the period in section 2 has ended. This includes, without limitation, a change of mind, a change in your availability, a decision to stop attending, or dissatisfaction with your own results.

Your access to the material you purchased is not affected by stopping attendance. It remains available to you.

4If we do not run the programme

If we cancel a programme cohort before it begins, or do not commence it on its published start date, every person who has paid for that cohort may choose either:

1. A full refund of the fee paid, or
2. To carry their enrolment, and any status or benefits attached to it, to the next cohort we run.

We will tell you in writing when this happens and give you a reasonable period to make your choice. This section applies regardless of the period in section 2, and regardless of whether you have accessed any material.

5If we change the schedule

Live sessions may be rescheduled where necessary. A rescheduled session is not a cancellation and does not create a right to a refund under section 4.

6Transfers

Enrolments are personal to you and cannot be transferred or sold to another person. Login credentials must not be shared.

7No refund for termination for cause

If we end your enrolment because you have breached our Terms and Conditions, no refund is due.
