How the training works
Live, in a group, on weekends
Live sessions, not recordings
Sessions are live, in a group, two hours at a time on weekends. Not pre-recorded video you watch alone at midnight.
Read first, then practise
Slides and notes reach you before each session, so the live time is not spent reading them out. It goes on the parts that are actually hard, then a demonstration on the real tools, then your questions.

Recruiting with AI
A significant part of the programme covers using AI in recruiting: where it helps, where it produces confident nonsense, and how to use it without outsourcing your judgement to it.
Practical work
Real roles, real candidates, real feedback
The final phase of the programme is supervised work on live hiring requirements. Real roles, real candidates, real feedback on what you submitted and why it did or did not land.
The Live TA Project runs on live requirements from Recruvento.
